业绩概要:

开发基于微生物高产平台的天然产物挖掘新策略,挖掘并阐明了一系列倍半萜、二萜、二倍半萜新骨架化合物生物合成机理,在国内外学术期刊,如Nature Communications、Journal of the American Chemical Society、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Metabolic engineering、Organic letters等期刊上发表多篇研究论文。

萜类天然产物生物合成

颠覆传统天然产物挖掘方式,将合成生物学和代谢工程的应用范围拓展到天然产物研究领域。以生物信息学分析、大肠杆菌以及酿酒酵母萜类高效底盘以及酶的精确改造为基础,推动萜类骨架及其生物合成元件的挖掘及组合应用,挖掘并鉴定具有生物活性及新(骨架)萜类化合物及其衍生物,阐明其生物合成及环化机理。
